Our culinary inspired tart saison. complimented with additions of Pomegranate and Cinnamon. A restrained saison fermentation produced delicate fruity esters, and a quenching body thanks to the addition of flaked rice.

473mL can, pours a hazy pinkish amber orange with a rapidly dissipating head. Nose brings out lots of pomegranate and lacto upfront, with more subdued cinnamon. Flavour is sweet, sour and spicy, with plenty of cinnamon and pomegranate in surprising cohesion. Nice base of lacto that's not too yogurty but just provides structure to this unusual flavour combination. Not a complex beer by any means, but a fun experiment that's very drinkable.
