Absinthe-inspired, licorice-forward. Historically, Absinthe always seemed to draw the short stick... consistently blamed for a myriad of human ills. However, the delicious tease of wormwood, roasted fennel seeds, anise, licorice root, coriander, peppermint, angelica, hyssop, bitter orange and now also a wee peek of sarsaparilla were never your enemy. They only ever wanted to be your friend.

330mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose smells like an absinthe without all the alcohol—I guess there some gentle apple acidity further back. Flavour is simply unpleasant, with artificial spiciness, booze, and light acidity. Not sure what prompted this idea. Just not pleasant.
