Oaky oak oak saison, nice sweet upfront, short tangy oak spiced finish. Fall? Winter is good enough!

375mL bottle, pours an opaque dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of oak, with some rustic notes, and a touch of tart fruits. Flavour is quite oaky upfront, with plenty of booze and some subdued farmhouse notes. Big oak character. There's not a deep complexity here though. It's alright.

375ml @ home shared with Andrey. Appearance: hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: moderate mix of funk, fruity notes and barrel. Taste: low to moderate sour, bready, flowery, not much of barrel. Overall: it's good, but disappointing for the beer aged in puncheons in terms of complexity.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy light fruits, grass and flora with a light hay and bread backbone. Flavor has earthy grains and dark earthy fruits with a growing oak presence.
