Poured from 750mL bottle. Slightly hazy pale blonde with no head (chunks in the bottom of the bottle). Pear with a touch of funk. Just okay.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a ton of sediment and a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, barnyard funk, and crisp pear skins. Flavour is sharp, with plenty of crisp pear skins, moderate-to-high acidity, and barnyard funk. Crisp, moderately acidic, and decently funky, but not all that complex. A little harsh and underwhelming in the complexity department compared to some other Revels. Still, good.
