Brave Noise is a global collaborative effort to provide inclusive and safe environments for women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ throughout the beer industry. We brewed this beer following the "original" recipe. No hops were added in the kettle (boil or whirlpool) and it was dry-hopped with Sabro and Mosaic hops to be (theoretically) 0 IBU . Papaya, mango, pineapple, and lime flavour with hint of coconut. Crisp, grainy malt. Lightly creamy mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Light and easy drinking with expressive hop character.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mellow, with gentle dank hops and some floral notes. Flavour is gently dank and moderately fruity, with dank hops, some floral notes, and dry juiciness. Dank and juicy, but under-hopped and lacking dynamics. Okay, but pretty useless beer.
