Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: brown with no head. Aroma: churro it is. Taste: thick and slick, chocolatey, liquid version of churro. Overall: pretty good balanced, good one.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours black with a tiny head. Nose is indeed reminiscent of churros — lots of cinnamon, along with caramelized brown sugar and a touch of molasses. Flavour is like a liquid churro, with intense cinnamon, molasses, and caramelized brown sugar. It's sweet, but surprisingly not cloying. So much depth and somehow, the 13.5% is not coming across boozy. For a ridiculous imperial pastry stout, this is mighty tasty.
