Instead of making Bodhizilla DIPA someone, who will not be named, used lager yeast instead of our house ale yeast, and then purposely fermented it warm like an ale and not low temp like a lager. The result is a super hoppy hybrid of an DIPA and IPL, and brewed with methods inspired by the new Cold IPA style. Bursting with rich flavors and aromas of pineapple, ripened guava, fresh cut citrus and a sprinkling of cannabis.

Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: a bit hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: lots of skunk, some vegetables. Taste: lots of pine, nice body, citrusy hops. Overall: not bad old school stuff.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is dank and resinous in the hop department, with plenty of pine and some sweet resinous oils. Flavour is robust, with intense piney hops, lots of resinous hop oils, and just enough sweetness to back. Robust and powerful with impeccable balance. Just lovely.
