Community Cider made from apples and some pears donated by local residents.
It was worth the wait as this delicate little stunner lights up the party with a fruity, funky and floral bouquet. It’s dry, tannic and has a light sweetness from the wild pear addition with huge dried apricot and elderflower notes.
We’re excited to announce that proceeds from the sale of Wentworth County will go to Migrants Matter Flamborough- to help the foreign workers in our area who spend 6+ months away from their families harvesting food for the good people of Hamilton and beyond.

On tap at Birreria Volo, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp pear and apples, with light funk, and a touch of sweetness. Flavour is moderately funky and fairly dry, with crisp apple skins, crisp pears, and champagne-like effervescence. Fairly complex, bone dry and nicely funky. Very good.
