On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with strawberry, some farmhouse notes, crisp apple skins, and a hint of champagne effervescence. Flavour is fruity, gently sweet and lightly funky, with high carbonation — nice champagne-like effervescence, medium-heavy sweet strawberries on the finish. Not overly complex, but it's well-made.
