Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Blond colour, somehow dull, clean. The aroma is a bit farty, the flavour is off-dry, mouthfeel is soft, very light apples/cider character, light acidity. It's simple, with no flaws, but really lacking of depth and complexity on the global scale.

750ml at Phill's. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with almost no head. Aroma: dry, apply, low sweetness, some yeasty character. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: ok.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear blonde-ish gold with no head. Lightly dry, apple skin with medium acidity, hints of reisling.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a tiny white head. Nose is wonderfully funky, with lots of rustic farmhouse notes, musty grape skins, and crisp apple acidity. Flavour is dry and funky, with lots of farmhouse funk, must grape skins, and crisp apple skins. Nicely funky and vinous, with an essentially bone dry finish. Excellent.
