Cookies n' Cream Stout
Our take on a sweet stout, ‘C is for Cookie’ is our latest creation and one of a handful of beers we will be launching this Fall. Brewed with chocolate malts, liquid cacao, and a dose of vanilla during secondary, it will indulge your sweet tooth with its rich and decadent mouthfeel.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Dark colour, near black. It has some nice cacao flavour, but it's very thin for the style, and for the year 2021, but it doesn't have any off flavour.
Pleasant.

On tap at North Point, pours jet black with a small tan head. Nose brings out dry cocoa, a touch of vanilla, and hearty roast. Flavour is full of dry dark cocoa upfront, a hint of vanilla, and dry bready roasted malt. The dark dry cocoa really shines as this warms up. Nothing overly complex or special, but it's well-brewed. Good.
