[ As Maddens Mellow Cider (3) ].Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, manute, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, sweet apples, manure, horse blanket, sharp, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140815]
