On tap at Darby's, pours a cloudy bright dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma is very earthy, with lots of beets, light lemon zest. Flavour is very earthy and powdered, with lots of beets and lemon zest dominating. No depth or cohesion; not very convincing.

Poured from the tap. Bright ruby red with no head. Just tastes like beet juice with a feint hint of kettle lacto. Not picking up any lemon zest. Fine, beet flavour is fresh and comes through nicely, but not much in the way of complexity.
