750ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, sweet apples, some light manure. Taste: semi-sweet apples, apple skins, some apple seeds, dry bone. Overall: one of the driest ciders I've ever had.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy orangey gold with small white head and a touch of sediment. Very dry, apple, subtle hint of grapefruit, effervescence.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head -- tons of sediment at the bottom that looks ugly. Aroma is full of barnyard funk, some tart crabapple, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is very dry, with lots of barnyard funk, bone dry apples, and some champagne-like effervescence. Bone dry -- nary a trace of residual sweetness. Very good.

(750ml 2018 bottle from the cidery webshop - now single varietal Hyslop unlike the info here) Pours nearly clear bright orange with a brief but refreshing white ring. Aroma of sweet-tart floral crabapples, earthy leathery funk, slightly perfumed overtones, impression of tannic skins on the nose as well. Flavour is completely dry crabapple, tannic florals, crushed pink grapefruit peels, some dry pears, leathery but dusty more than heavily funky Brett, thick chewy grippy tannins, hint of hot rubber, bit of almost peppery wood or something in the aftertaste, lingering floral tannic grip long into the aftertaste. The opposite of quenching. Medium-bodied, kind of slick, with filling carbonation. A very interesting cider, because it expresses Hyslop so clearly (in a way no other I've tasted has). Not my favourite Revel, but pleased to taste it!

Bottle at Carnival in Amsterdam. Apricot skin a bit irregular color, white persistent lacing. Nose: very vinous with a firm apple cider overall. Mouth: easy start, clean overall cider, fruity with a supper tannin-tart finish. Peculiar.
