Pale yellow colour. Nice apple /cider aroma. It's too dry, and weak; light flavour, very simplistic, a sad cider.

A pour at I hope not a super spreader event Weathered. Appearance: nice clear champagne color. Aroma: nice apples with a bit tannins and apple seeds. Taste: along the same lines, moderately dry. Overall: refreshing and nice

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose brings out gentle funk, crisp apple acidity, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bright and crisp, lots of crisp apple skins, low-level funk, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Crisp, above average carbonation, not a whole lot of complexity, but it's tasty. Good.
