On tap at L'Espace Public, pours a clear pale blonde with a small beige head. Aroma brings a rustic, spicy saison yeast character upfront, with crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is spicy and rustic, with a nice spicy farmhouse character upfront, followed by a touch of black pepper, and crisp biscuity malt. Properly dialled in, dry and has a nice farmhouse character. Good stuff.
