On tap at 4 Origines, pours a bright pinkish red with a small pink bead. Nose is full of gently tart red currants and a touch of lacto. Flavour is fruity, yet on the dry side — there's lots of gently tart, dry red currants, and a touch of lacto to underpin this. Not a lot of complexity to the fruit, but the current is pleasant.
