473mL can at Lola Rosa Place-des-Arts, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is bone dry, with champagne-like effervescence and crisp apple skins. Flavour is crisp and bone dry, with lots of carbonation and bone dry apple skins. There's not a lot of depth but the dryness and high carbonation are quite pleasing. Solid.
