Nose reveals a nice barnyard funk, with all sorts of bugginess, crisp dry apple skins, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of champagne-like effervescence, moderate barnyard funk, and crisp dry apple skins. Highly carbonated, very dry, and somewhat funky, yet it kind of dies on the finish, not fully expressing the complexity that it could have—falls a bit flat. But still nice and funky, and highly drinkable.
