This kettle sour was fermented with BC honey and blackberries for a beer rich in bright beery juiciness upfront and a tart dry finish.

On tap at Spinnakers, pours an opaque bright hot pink with a medium white head. Aroma brings out fermented honey, subdued tart raspberries and lacto. Flavour brings out semi-fermented out honey, low-to-moderate sweetness from the honey, and a touch of lacto underneath. For a kettle sour, this works well, as the honey — somewhat fermented out — works well with the raspberries to add depth. Good stuff.
