Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: ruddy red color with a sly transparency closer to the sides of the glass with a finger's worth of pink foamy head which slid off at a decent pace to slightly quick. No lace was left.
Aroma: rose flowers, red cherry sweetness and tartness, & sweet barrel woodiness
Flavor: sweet and vinous but with an oaky vibe; finishes floral, dry and cherry tart & sweet
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, some smoothness but also nice dryness and the sour-ness is somewhat restrained
Overall: nicely done fruited sour/tart ale I'd return to if I could.

12 oz. can, pours a hazy bright red with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with lots of rose petals upfront, with subdued cherry, medium acidity, and a touch of oak. Flavour is moderately-to-highly acidic, with tart cherries, rose petals, and a touch of oak. A little too acidic and not all that complex, but it's pleasant.
