On tap at Brasserie Saint James, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is pretty old school, with lots of pine cones, resinous hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is full of bitter pine cones upfront, with just enough crisp biscuity malt to back. Bitter pine with little residual sweetness on the finish. Good but not great.
