On tap at Boneyard, pours a cloudy pinkish peach colour with a small white head. Aroma is full of pithy raspberry, light cranberry and lacto. Flavour is not too yogurty, with tart cranberry, a hint of peach, lacto, and citrus zest. Dry, finishing gently tart, with plenty of cranberry and lacto. Decent for a kettle sour.
