On tap at Schilling Cider House - Seattle, pours a clear a hazy copper golden with almost no head. Nose is full of barnyard funk, medium sweet and subtle rhubarb. Flavour is wonderfully musty and funky, with lots of rhubarb, sweet apple, and lots of buggy barnyard funk. On the sweeter side, but the funk and bugs balances this out. Excellent.

From a 750 ml bottle. It is a clear golden color with a scant head. The aroma is of Apples and rhubarb. The taste is A sweet apple taste with a tart finish

From a 750 ml bottle. Pours a clear copper with a scan off white head. Apple and rhubarb aromas. Sweet apple flavors.
