On tap at Schilling Cider House - Seattle, pours a clear pinkish amber with almost no head. Nose brings out tart red apples and crisp apple skins. Flavour is tart and medium sweet, with lots of tart red apple, medium sugars, and caramel. Tart and acidic, with plenty of sugars. It's alright.

Draft pour, tasted at Schilling Cider, Seattle. Pours a clear cherry red with no head. Aroma is really sweet red apples. Pink cider. Bold flavor in a cider here. Apples, cherries. Black cherries more specific. Hard to describe, but easy to enjoy. Solid.
