Mooch tasting, courtesy of Sergey
Pale blond colour, cloudy. The aroma is funky and lemony. Soft mouthfeel, just some mild acidity; it has a good lemony character, complex bugs, funk, and zesty astringency.
Interesting.

750ml (thx, Alex M.!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: citruses, dry-hopping, rustic, bugs, and funk. Reminds HF saisons. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: pleasant one.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy blonde with slowly dissipating white head. Peppery, rustic, some bugs, slightly bitter finish. Decent.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is quite rustic, with lots of rustic saison yeast, a hint of oak, and light bugs. Flavour is on the bitter side, with lots of aged hops, rustic saison yeast, and bugs. Rustic, buggy and somewhat bitter finish. Very good.

(750ml bottle from Alimentation L'Impact, Quebec City) Pours very hazy bright yellow-gold with a thick white head and some lace. Aroma is nice bold leafy fragrant herbal hops, fresh pine and cut grass, funky unripe pineapple and lemons, good Brett leathery dusty complexity, spicy wood and phenols, maybe a little cereal in the back. Flavour is dry and very lightly tart, lemon peel and unripe pit fruit, fresh conifer needles, cut herbs, spicy wood, aromatic bitters, very subtle lactic acidity, nice wheaty cereals. Finish is bone dry with notes of lemon-lime pulp and zest, peppery herbs and dusty lightly funky yeast. Long woody aftertaste, a little astringency. Light bodied, almost fluffy with nice filling bottle condition carb. Excellent farmhouse IPA or hopped saison, whatever you want to call it!
