This American style Black India Pale ale was brewed with a perfect amount midnight wheat, flaked oats, and Munich malt. After that we loaded it up with Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo for some wicked awesome liquid symbiosis.

On tap at The Growler Guys PDX S Bond, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of roasted malt and earthy hops in good cohesion. Flavour is likewise smooth and well-balanced, with roasted malt, piney hops, and gentle earthiness. Way too easy-drinking for the style, with no harshness or booziness. Well-made.

Black body with off white head. Hoppy aroma, evergreen and citrus. Malt forward body with a long burst of bread. Hop in the finish.
