On nitro tap at Apex, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of leather, light chilis, and oak. Flavour is rich, with loads of oak, leather and gentle chili pepper. This seems basically like Adam with chilis. Smooth and fairly gentle on the spice, but it's different enough from base Adam to be worthwhile. Excellent.
