16 oz. can, pours jet black with a medium tan head. Nose is rich, with lots of molasses, deep roasted malt, a touch of vanilla, oak, and a light bourbon. Flavour is dominated by the bourbon and oak, with huge woody oak notes, fine bourbon, vanilla, molasses, and roasted malt. Very complex and elegant, with so many layers of oak here. This is the gift that keeps on giving. Sublime barrel aged impie stout.
