On tap in Mainz. Fruchtig-hefiges Bier. Schön vollmundig aber nicht zu tief. Malz, Weizen, fruchtig. Mild-weich, rund, lecker.

Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, yeast, sweet yeast, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt- yeast, wheat, fruit yeast, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20150620]

1 liter Growler @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, wheat malt, fruits and hops.

1L bottle (5%) @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg.
Aroma is somewhat musty with ripe banana and some fruity yeast. Flavour has surprisingly strong citrusy tartness and mild ripe banana tones. Also some milky tones in the aftertaste. Unusual weizen.

Botttled@fonefan. Golden colour, big fluffy white creamy head. Aroma is wheat, some yeast, mild toffee and mild earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, grassy and some mild toffee.

lots of apples and cinammon. Light, mildly tart, lingering apple crumble finish. Very nice.
