Through our ever evolving pursuit of the perfect hop profile and daily (seriously!) conversations about obtaining the most pure and bountiful hop character possible in our hop forward beers, we have acquired a new tool for dry hopping beers in a more efficient, expressive, and emotive way- our new Hoptimizer! A machine that gently recirculates the beer in a closed loop while injecting hops in-line from an oxygen purged and CO2 pressurized vessel, the Hoptimizer, well, optimizes the fuck out of our dry hop addition and ensures the utmost quality of hop presentation and beer stability. An old school pine, dank, and grapefruit hop character explodes from the glass, with solid bitterness and a balancing oomph of aromatic munich malt. Old school yet hugely drinkable and bright, the Hoptimizer IPA is a perfect 1st chapter in what will become a massive tome of Hoptimized Fortside beers.
