Hoppy pilsner
Brewed with Genie Pilsner from Linc Malting on this as a base, with a little bit of oat malt thrown in for fun. The mash was hopped with Loral, and kettle additions consisted of Loral and Galaxy. Unfiltered, this beer is tasting awesome and is super easy to drink.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops, oats, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is wonderfully layered, with oats, grassy hops, and loving grass. Nice hop character from the Loral and Galaxy. I don't usually use the word “complex” to describe a pilsner, but this is definitely that. Excellent.
