Bottle at Weathered 2022, Vancouver
Dark brown colour, almost black. Chocolate, spices, cinnamon, dark caramel, sweet, almost syrupy, but with strong alcohol to limit that.
Powerful, very good.

Bottle at Weathered 2022. Near black with minimal beige head. Coffee, roast malt, mild caramel, decent. Not quite stroop waffle, but enjoyable.

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out bright coffee and maple syrup, with some subdued waffles. Flavour is along the same lines, with waffles, maple syrup, and coffee. Sweet and lacking complexity, but it's pleasant enough. Fun sweet pastry stout.
