Bottle at Weathered 2022. Clear super pale blonde with small white head. Mild apple, overrun by odd fungal blackberry honey. Not good.

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is strange, with a weird fermented out honey, some fungal notes, and light apple skins. Flavour is full of fermented out dry honey and subdued apples. I don't like the dry, fully fermented out honey here. Not my thing.
