Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with medium offwhite head. Aroma is blackcurrant, malt, brown sugar, hot elderberry juice and raisins. Taste is light sweet light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is light oily with lively carbonation. Finish is long and light bitter with notes of malt, chocolate, black coffee, sour apples, soy sauce and black olives.

50 cl bottle, superbrugsen, Marstal. Pours almost clear, dark brown, small tan head. Toasted malty, vague spiced. Caramelish. Light phenolic. Medium dry and toasted. Mild bitter and dry spiced finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark amber with a pretty and lacing beige head. Some subtle spices in the nose. Thin body, a slight tartness and then again spices and Belgian yeast. Is this a watered down version of their "Christmas Ale"? 271214

Bottled. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Dough and yeast up front. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Toast, milk, metal and red berries. Low bitterness.

Bottle from trade with fonefan. Leicht trübes rötlichbraunes Bier mit ordentlicher beiger Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, floral, hefig, dunkle Früchte. Geschmack nach reifen Früchten, hefig, etwas bananig, würzig, Kräuter, hefig reif fruchtiger Abgang.
