This sour ale was aged on whole BC Montmorency sour cherries from Cherry Jubilee in Aldergrove. With a creamy acidity, biscuity malts , chamomile flowers, and impressions of cinnamon, this sour ale tastes just like a cherry pie!

On tap at The Bakery, pours a hazy dark amber red with a small white head. Aroma is yogurty, with lots of tart red cherries and a little cinnamon. Flavour is full of juicy tart cherries upfront, accentuated by cinnamon and a lacto-y palate. Too yogurty for me, but the cherries are at least nice here.
