A traditional German-style soured wheat ale soured slowly over time with lactobacillius and Brettanomyces that produces a tart, funky and easy drinking sour, flavour it to your liking with fruit syrups.

473mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle tartness, whispy wheat, and a hint of bugginess. Flavour is moderately tart, with tart citrus, whispy wheat, straw and some grainy bugginess. A proper Berliner, with not too much yogurty character, and finishing dry, grainy and wheaty. Well-made. Haven't had anything decent from Persephone in a while, and this changed that.
