16oz can from brewery. Clear golden pour with a high airy head, spotty lacing. I had it as a sample on my taster flight at the brewery, and it was the best of the flight, so I bought some to go home. I knew it was going to be special. Aroma is biscuity, grainy, clean. Taste is bready and smooth, minor sweetness and the smallest hint of hops. It is so smooth and so delicious. I wish I had bought more.

Can. Pours a clear yellow gold with a fluffy white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has and dank straw with a bit of grass and a hint of biscuit underlying. Flavor is hay forward with a good amount of straw, some wet grass and a bit of bread in the finish.

(Bottle) clear, fluorescent bright golden yellow color with a medium tall white head; aroma of crackers, honey, grass; balanced flavor with a long, medium bitter finish

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a mostly clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt, some herbal notes, and a touch of grass. Flavour is on the musty side, with herbal, earthy notes, biscuity malt, and a touch of grass. This doesn't have anywhere near the grassy/spicy hop bite that characterizes this style -- is it old? It tastes muted and musty. Not so good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A nice smooth pils malt nose. Honey, pretty sweet, toast, light biscuit. Good.

Darker than most pils with a white head. Grassy and malt aroma. Malty taste with a thick hop skin. Sweetness in the finish.
