Skagit Valley Maltings Fritz Pale, Munich, White Wheat, Triticale Caramel and Caramel 30 form the malt bill of this crisp and juicy west coast IPA. Hopped in the boil with Centennial, Azacca and Citra with heavy whirlpool and dry hop additions of Vic Secret and more Citra yield bold notes of fresh citrus, passion fruit, tropical stone fruits and just enough grapefruit and piney bitterness

On tap at Flatstick Pub - Bellingham, pours a clear bright golden with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bitter citrus zest, wood pine needles and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is full of bitter pine needles, citrus zest, and crisp biscuity malt. Very bitter and pine-needle-dominated. It's fine but far from a top tier west coast IPA.
