Poured from the tap (from notes July 13, 2022 w/berko). Clear pale salmon pink with no head. The sage adds a nice quality here, but the boysenberry is a little bland.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear pale salmon pink with no head. Aroma brings out moderately fermented out honey, boysenberry and light sage spiciness. Flavour is basically bone dry, with some sage, a hint of berry, and totally fermented out honey with barely a trace of residual sweetness. Not really what I look for in a mead, even a session mead, but I guess it's done reasonably well given the goal. Decent.
