West coast-ish IPA
Brilliantly bright, floral, and citrusy with a firm bitterness and a bone dry finish. Our take on a modern West Coast IPA.

Draught at the brewery; 7.5%
Blond colour, chill haze, compact creamy head. The aroma is moderately dank. It's full bodied, with some residual sweetness; a bit undercarbonated, which means a bit oily; bold bitterness, but with piney and vegetable notes; too vegetable in the finish, for my taste. They call it 'bright', but that's not the first thing that comes to mind.

On tap at Otherlands, pours a clear pale yellow with a foamy medium white head. Aroma has a weird, earthy, fungal hop character — that ain't so great. Flavour has a better hop expression, with oily resinous hops, some earthiness, and biscuity malt. Oily and earthy finish. Decent.
