Poured from 473mL can. Dark brown with small light beige head. Quite metallic, toffee malt forward and touch of cacao. A bit rough.

16 oz. can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out plenty of bready toffee, a hint of earthy cocoa, and maybe a tiny hint of the barrels. Flavour has some light metallic notes, with toffee, bready malt, a little caramel, and some cocoa nibs. The barrels aren't very noticeable. Simple and not very deep or complex for an impie, let alone a BA impie. Nothing offensive but leaves plenty to be desired. Lacklustre.
