16 oz. can, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out an earthy roasted malt character, some dusty dry coffee, and a touch of molasses. Flavour is dry, roasty and earthy, with medium roasted malt, plenty of earthiness, and a hint of molasses. Low residual sweetness, with an earthy, roasty finish. Hearty, dry, and well-constructed. Good.

Taster. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: coffee, sweetness, some grains. Taste: body is quite thick, but very simple in terms of compexity. Like roasted malt, some chocolate and fruity notes. Overall: pretty good straight Imperial Stout.
