On tap at Wolves & People, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, leather, some burnt notes and a hint of faded stone fruit. Flavour is earthy and buggy, with rustic saison yeast, lots of earthiness, a bit of char, and a little roast. Rustic, gently burnt, and smooth. Good stuff.
