This cider is built on a base of pink-fleshed Mountain Rose and Pink Pearl apples and fermented with a super clean white wine yeast. Muscat grape and honeysuckle aromas dominate, while lingonberry and raspberry sorbet notes flirt with your pallet. It’s a cider meant for the sunny days we all yearn for. Leave your blush at home; it’s Rose time.

Draft, half a pint into bulbous glass at the Taproom at Pike Place, Seattle on 11th August 2025. Pink bodied, clear and bright, no head. Apples, it tasted of sweet apples.

500ml bottle from Press in Seattle. Mojito glass @home. Pours a not quite clear, oily, orange gold. Big soda sizzle. If there was some pink in there, this one got old & faded. Earthy, murky/unripe fruit nose with a touch of sour. Zippy tartness & astringent berry-ness. Pit, wax, Pippin sour, minerally, long yeasty finish. Could have done with a smidge of sweetness. Harsh carbonation, thin & a bit bit boozy Low point of the few I tried.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - Portland, pours a clear dull pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out light ros-like notes and a little acidity. Flavour brings out some nice ros notes and crisp apple skins. Not much depth or complexity but pleasant enough.
