Vintage 2014. On tap at Oakshire Public House, pours a clear bright amber with a small beige head. Aroma is gently oxidized, with soft bourbon barrels, a little oak, and toasted caramel malt. Flavour is rounded, with lots of bourbon barrels, oak, modest oxidation in a way that is pleasant. Really nice rounded and elegant bourbon character that has developed after 8 years. Excellent.
