Odense drinking Belgian Beer in February. Hazy chestnut with a lasting off-white head. Dark malty aroma of toffee and chocolate with a fruity note. Sweet malty flavour with dried fruit, a touch of ash, a little fruity acidity and a bit too much yeast

Bottle @ Odense Tasting Feb. 2014. Pours dark brown with a reddish hew and a creamy head. Caramel, yeast, wet dog, phenols and leather. A bit thin and def. cloying.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy reddish brown with an off-white head. Tart, roasty nose with some farty notes. Light body, again some tartness - a bit cherry-like perhaps. The cherries actually come through as it warms. Ashes and a little smoke. No real bitterness though. 111213
