Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, brandy, chocolate, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alchol, prunes, brandy, and chocolate, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Limited Edition. Piana poczatkowo ladna i spora, ale szybko opada i nie znaczy swojej obecnosci na szkle. Zapach ladny, kawa goraca czekolada. W smaku kawa, czekolada mleczna, mleko waniliowe, budyn i pudding. Dla mnie za slodkawe za bardzo przypomina Milk Stouta, Na szczescie tej kawy troche bylo wiec jakos przez te slodycz sie przebila. Alkohol lekko wyczuwalny ale przyjemnie rozgrzewajacy. Na zakonczenie troche chmielnosci i smaku Sherry.

Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is smooth and airy, modest fine carbonation. Mildly tangy dark malts, no roast but there is a touch of soft dark chocolate and cocoa. Mellow sherry and ripe fruits. Finishes smooth and light with a touch of alcohol spice. Tangy linger. Smooth and drinkable.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a fizzy and dissipating light brown head. Soft woody arromas, the wood has really softened the edges of the roastiness, making it very soft and smooth. Vanilla, sweet licorice, warming alcohol in the finish. Really a pleasant sipper. 241115

33cl bottle. Pours very dark brown with a medium brownish head. Aroma of coffee, vanilla, licorice, wood. Taste is sweet, licorice, vanilla, wood, coffee, dark fruits, some alcohol, nice!

[ As Coisbo Batch No (11) Eleven - RIS Sherry Matured ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, chocolate, sweet malt, candy - berry. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, roasted, spicy - honey - cherry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]
