Created with our good friends from Sahtipaja in Sweden, this Southwest inspired cyser is made with organic Arizona apple juice and red hatch chilis. This bright and warming mead is a staff favorite, evoking summertime heat, apple orchards, and the desert terroir.

Bottle at Superstition DTPHX, pours a clear pale golden blonde, no head. Aroma brings out subdued wildflower honey, spicy hot peppers, and some crisp apple skins. Flavour is very spicy, with lots of hatch chilis, wildflower honey and some apple skins. The chilis steal the show. Not their most complex or refined but it's pleasant stuff.
