Next up in our Employee Beer Program, our long time employee and on-premise sales expert, Jill, hopped on the brew deck to help brew a super salty gose! The style is an old world German style quick sour that gets coriander and sea salt to provide the most thirst-quenching finish. Though often fruited, we chose to make this gose simple, clean, and extra salty! Enjoy it while these hot summer months are still in full swing.

On tap at Braxton - Covington, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of coriander, saline, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is salty and spicy, with plenty of coriander, salt, and lacto. Nicely constructed but it feels haphazardly thrown together. Very salty and citric, but without traditional gose notes. Good still.
